Patchworks Promotes Dave Wileman to Chief Revenue Officer

Patchworks is delighted to announce the promotion of Dave Wileman to Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).

Since joining Patchworks, Dave has been a driving force behind our commercial growth, helping to shape and execute our go-to-market strategy that has propelled us forward. His leadership has played a big part in expanding our global presence, strengthening relationships with partners, and building a high-performing revenue team that continues to push the business to new heights.

A Strategic Move for Patchworks' Growth

Dave’s promotion to CRO comes at an exciting time for Patchworks as we continue to scale and solidify our position as the leading integration platform for retail and eCommerce. In his new role, Dave will oversee all revenue-generating functions, focusing on expanding our market share, deepening our partner ecosystem, and ensuring our customers get the most value from Patchworks’ solutions.

Reflecting on his new role, Dave shared:

"Patchworks has seen incredible momentum over the past year, and I’m excited to take on this role at such a pivotal time. The need for scalable integrations has never been greater, and our team is in a fantastic position to help brands, retailers, and partners solve complex challenges. I’m looking forward to continuing our growth trajectory, strengthening our partner network, and ensuring our customers can scale without limits.”

Building a Strong Leadership Team

Dave’s appointment also marks another significant milestone for Patchworks as we continue to build a world-class C-Suite leadership team. His promotion follows the appointment of Peter Edgar as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) just seven months ago. With Dave Wileman as CRO and Peter Edgar as CFO, Patchworks is in an even stronger position to scale and deliver market-leading solutions to our customers and partners worldwide.

CEO, Jim Herbert said:

Dave saw the potential in Patchworks and our market leading product when he left Shopify to join us in January 2024, and his software platform sales experience has revolutionised our go to market and commercial operations.  Peter joining us as CFO, and Conor Barr as our CTO puts Patchworks in an enviable position with a leadership team that can run a company 10 times our size.  This team will be building to that goal”

What’s Next for Patchworks?

With Dave leading our commercial strategy, we’re doubling down on growth, innovation, and customer success. We’ll continue to expand our product capabilities, strengthen our presence in new markets, and deliver even more value to the businesses that trust Patchworks to power their integrations.

Please join us in congratulating Dave Wileman on his well-earned promotion.
